A Noida based NGO Wishes and Blessings is looking for a
dynamic Communications Manager to lead our communications, branding, and outreach efforts, ensuring that our story touches more lives and inspires greater participation.- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with the NGO’s mission and fundraising goals.
- Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
- Work closely with leadership to align communication efforts with organizational priorities.
- Oversee the creation of engaging content including newsletters, annual reports, blogs, website copy, and donor communications.
- Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube) to build brand presence and drive engagement.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with program and fundraising teams for donor updates, proposals, and impact reports.
- Organize and promote events, campaigns, and community outreach programs.
- Track performance of communication campaigns using analytics and reporting tools.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement.
- Maintain and update communication databases, media contacts, and archives.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in communications, PR, or branding roles (preferably with NGOs or social impact organizations).
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Strong storytelling and content development skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
