Position: Community Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the hospitality industry, ideally within a 5-star hotel or fine-dining restaurant.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary contact for all clients, addressing their issues and inquiries effectively.
  • Establish and execute front desk standards and workflows.
  • Resolve guest concerns and respond to questions, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception and front desk area.
  • Oversee team members and all reception operations, including reservations, scheduling, calls, and email correspondence.
  • Carry out administrative tasks like filing documents and updating records as required.
  • Manage walk-in and phone inquiries, documenting visitor details accurately.
  • Supervise the reception team, monitor housekeeping personnel, and oversee office support staff.
  • Welcome clients visiting the premises and ensure meticulous maintenance of the visitor log.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹20,550.87 - ₹35,604.20 per month
