Location - Sewri (West), Mumbai | Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Sat–Sun Off (1 Working Sat/Month)

• Conduct market research to evaluate and validate conference topics.
  
• Engage with senior industry leaders via calls and meetings to gather insights.
  
• Create conference agendas addressing trending industry issues.
  
• Identify, invite, and confirm renowned speakers, panelists, and chief guests.
  
• Track competing events to ensure unique positioning and timing.
  
• Manage the end-to-end production cycle – from idea to post-event reporting.
  
• Coordinate Awards jury meets and ensure flawless execution.
  
• Liaise with speakers and stakeholders throughout the production process.
  
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth on-site delivery.
  

• 2–5 years of experience in conference production, events, research, or related fields.
  
• Strong research, analytical, and networking skills.
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
  
• Highly organized, proactive, and deadline-driven.
  
• Must be Mumbai-based and willing to work purely from office.
  

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  
• Prior experience in B2B conferences or media events preferred.
