Job Description (JD) – Construction Head (Commercial Projects)

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil preferred).
  
• Minimum 6+ years of proven experience in commercial real estate development (Grade A offices, malls, IT/business parks, or mixed-use commercial projects).
  
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, cost control, vendor management, and quality assurance.
  
• Experience in RERA, local by-laws, statutory approvals, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Proven track record in managing contractors, architects, and MEP consultants for large-scale projects.
  
• Exposure to green building standards (LEED/IGBC preferred) is an added advantage.
  
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Lead end-to-end execution of commercial projects, from design finalization to delivery.
  
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site supervision.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality & safety standards.
  
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth approvals and execution.
  
• Drive cost optimization and contractor/vendor performance.
  
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
  
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  

• Experience in handling Grade A commercial developments with multi-crore budgets.
  
• Strong expertise in modern construction technologies and project management tools.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
