- Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients.
- Assess patient concerns and provide tailored treatment suggestions.
- Clearly explain treatment plans, procedures, expected outcomes, and address patient queries.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and confidence in the clinic’s services.
- Assist in converting inquiries into treatments by building trust and rapport.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of patients into treatment programs.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-up plans.
- Stay updated with clinic’s treatment protocols and updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, MD or equivalent preferred).
- 0–2 years of relevant clinical or consultation experience.
- Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to explain medical treatments in a simple, reassuring manner.
- Sales or counselling experience in healthcare settings will be an added advantage.
