Reports To: Head – Finance & Accounts
Team Size: 2+ Members
- Vet and draft commercial agreements including MSA, SOW, L&L, NDA, MOU, SOP, and other contracts.
- Manage vendor and customer KYC processes.
- Ensure compliance with AML, DPA, and GDPR regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain Legal MIS and compliance dashboards.
- Oversee implementation of legal compliance systems.
- Lead and mentor a small team of legal associates.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
