The Counsellor cum Tele caller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about our courses/services, counselling potential students/clients, and converting leads into enrolments. The role involves understanding customer needs and guiding them toward the most suitable offerings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and convert inquiries into walk-ins or registrations.
- Counsel students/clients on available courses, programs, and services offered.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
- Assist walk-in clients and address their queries.
- Achieve monthly targets for conversions and follow-ups.
- Provide support during marketing and promotional activities.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive speaking skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
- Grade: Entry-Level / Mid-Level (as applicable)
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: 0–2 years in Tele calling / Counselling / Customer Service (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
