Key Responsibilities:1. Conceptualization & Scripting


  • Develop original and compelling ad concepts for TVCs, digital ads, and brand films.
  • Write engaging scripts for commercial ads, explainer videos, and reels that align with client goals and brand tone.
  • Research and stay updated on current cultural, digital, and content trends to influence creative direction.


2. Direction & Execution


  • Direct high-quality ad films, reels, and digital video content end-to-end — from pre-production to post.
  • Collaborate with cinematographers, editors, designers, and talent to bring concepts to life.
  • Lead shoot planning, location selection, casting, and visual styling for each project.


3. Reels & Short-Form Video Direction


  • Ideate and direct trending, platform-specific reels (Instagram, YouTube Shorts) that drive engagement.
  • Work closely with social media and content teams to develop storytelling hooks and formats.


Monitor performance of reel content and continuously refine approach based on analytics and feedback.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work with clients, strategists, designers, and video editors to transform briefs into strong visual narratives.
  • Ensure creative consistency across formats and platforms.
  • Participate in client pitches and present creative concepts confidently.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Proven experience (1+ years/ Fresher) as a Creative Director, Ad Filmmaker, or Senior Video Creative in an agency or production house.
  • Strong portfolio of ad films, reels, and branded content.
  • Exceptional scripting and storytelling skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of social media video trends and audience behavior.
  • Skilled in visual direction, moodboarding, and team coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with shoot management, editing supervision, and production workflows.
