Company – Dangura Digital Location – JP Nagar 1st Phase, Bangalore Work Schedule – Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM


Role – Creative Head


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team – graphic designers, video editors, writers, digital marketers, and directors.
  • Develop high-impact creative strategies, brand campaigns, and storytelling concepts for clients.
  • Oversee all creative outputs including ad films, digital content, social media creatives, print ads, reels, and brand identity.
  • Guide concept development, scriptwriting, and storyboarding for ad videos and digital films.
  • Ensure creative quality is consistent, brand-aligned, and meets industry standards.
  • Collaborate with strategy, account, and marketing teams to turn briefs into strong creative executions.
  • Present ideas and campaign concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Stay updated on creative trends, digital innovations, and content formats to keep the agency ahead.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
  • 2+ years of creative experience in an advertising/digital/branding agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand films, digital content, and branding projects.
  • Exceptional skills in concept development, visual storytelling, and brand thinking.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video ideation tools, and design processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, reels, and consumer engagement formats.

  • Adaptability and speed in handling tight schedules.


Experience – 1 to 2 years (Extraordinary profiles considered). Salary Range – ₹28,000 – ₹40,000 (Exceptional profiles up to ₹45,000).
