We are seeking a visionary
Creative Head to lead our design function within the digital marketing team. This role requires a blend of creative leadership, design expertise, and strategic thinking to conceptualize and deliver visually impactful campaigns across all digital platforms. The Creative Head will ensure brand consistency, inspire innovation, and guide a team of designers to produce world-class digital marketing assets.â— Develop and execute a creative vision for all digital marketing campaigns.
â— Translate marketing objectives into engaging and impactful design concepts.
â— Establish and maintain design guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
â— Oversee the creation of digital ad creatives (static, carousel, video, GIFs, reels, motion graphics, etc.).
â— Drive creative output for websites, landing pages, emailers, social media, paid ads, and other digital touchpoints.
â— Collaborate with copywriters, marketing managers, and performance teams to align creative with campaign goals.
â— Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and video editors.
â— Review and approve design work, providing constructive feedback.
â— Work closely with cross-functional teams (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Content, Product Marketing).
â— Stay updated on design, digital, and advertising trends to keep campaigns fresh and innovative.
â— Experiment with new design styles, formats, and creative tools to improve engagement.
â— Benchmark competitors and industry leaders to identify creative opportunities.
â— Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing design.
â— Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, or other design tools.
â— Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and creative best practices for each.
â— Strong eye for typography, color, layouts, motion graphics, and brand storytelling.
â— Exceptional creative thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
â— Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
â— Strong communication and presentation skills.
◠Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
◠7–12 years of experience in digital design, with at least 3+ years in a creative leadership role.
â— Experience in healthcare/hospitality/FMCG/e-commerce domains is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
