Role – Creative Head


Key Responsibilities:


◠Lead, mentor, and manage the creative team – graphic designers, video editors, writers, digital marketers, and directors.


â— Develop high-impact creative strategies, brand campaigns, and storytelling concepts for clients.


â— Oversee all creative outputs including ad films, digital content, social media creatives, print ads, reels, and brand identity.


â— Guide concept development, scriptwriting, and storyboarding for ad videos and digital films.


â— Ensure creative quality is consistent, brand-aligned, and meets industry standards.


â— Collaborate with strategy, account, and marketing teams to turn briefs into strong creative executions.


â— Present ideas and campaign concepts to clients with clarity and confidence.


â— Stay updated on creative trends, digital innovations, and content formats to keep the agency ahead.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


◠Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, Communication, Advertising, or related field.


â— 2+ years of creative experience in an advertising/digital/branding agency.


â— Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, brand films, digital content, and branding projects. â— Exceptional skills in concept development, visual storytelling, and brand thinking.


â— Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video ideation tools, and design processes.


â— Excellent communication and presentation skills.


â— Strong understanding of digital platforms, reels, and consumer engagement formats. Preferred Traits:

Salary Range – ₹28,000 – ₹40,000
