- Video Editing: Reels, product videos, storytelling content
- Conceptualizing: Storyboarding, shot planning, scripting (when needed)
- Graphic Design: Social creatives, thumbnails, overlays
- Camera Operations: Willing to learn and manage camera, mic, light, background setups
- Voiceover Integration: Using AI voice tools (like ElevenLabs, Play.ht) to generate clean voiceovers
- AI Tools: Using tools for roto work, cleanup, upscaling, background removal, cloning, or animation
- Trend Catching: Research new formats, tools, and creative directions every week
- Premiere Pro + After Effects (must)
- Photoshop, Illustrator (mid-level)
- Hands-on experience or willingness to learn AI tools for video + voice
- Basic knowledge of video lighting, frame composition, and camera angles
- Ability to juggle multiple creative projects without babysitting
- CapCut, RunwayML, Descript, Topaz, Pika, HeyGen, or similar
- Greenscreen handling, face tracking, or VFX basics
- Audio editing and noise cleanup (even via AI)
- Motion graphics/animation experience
- Previous work in D2C, toys, or edutainment
- Portfolio with IG reels, brand ads, or YouTube content
- Just a montage editor
- Someone afraid of tech or gear
