To handle export sales coordination, ensuring smooth order execution from manufacturing to dispatch while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication with internal teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of export orders by monitoring the product flow from manufacturing to dispatch.
- Maintain and manage complete records of documents, transactions, and material dispatches.
- Keep updated reports for Sample Development and Order Sheets.
- Accurately update orders and product development requests in the system.
- Coordinate with Product Development and Production Teams for ongoing orders and developments.
- Support sales coordination activities to enhance customer satisfaction and timely execution.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of textiles and export processes.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
