Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Care & Support Executive to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via calls and chats, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer queries via chat and calls.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.


Key Skills Required:


  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing, internet browsing).
  • Ability to handle chats and calls simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving attitude and a customer-first approach.
