Salary


  • Experienced candidates: Up to ₹32,000 in-hand (based on work experience)
  • Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 in-hand


Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries related to UHC.
  • Provide accurate resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Work in compliance with company guidelines and process quality standards.
