We are looking for a
Customer Coordinator to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The role involves managing customer orders, ensuring smooth coordination with production & logistics, and delivering excellent service to strengthen long-term client relationships.- Handle customer queries, orders & complaints
- Coordinate with production, planning & logistics teams
- Manage order processing – quotations, POs, scheduling & dispatch
- Update clients on order status & delivery timelines
- Ensure accurate documentation & ERP updates
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Graduate (BBA/BCA preferred)
- 0.6-2 years’ experience in customer service/sales coordination (Packaging/Manufacturing)
- Strong communication & MS Office/ERP skills
- Customer-focused, proactive & detail-oriented
