As a Customer Delight Executive, you will be the voice of EvolvX, building trust, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.
- Provide timely resolutions with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Guide customers through the app features, subscription plans, and workout programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (tech, nutrition, training) to resolve escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with customers when necessary.
- Proactively connect with members to ensure they feel engaged and supported throughout their journey.
- Strive to create a “delight†experience with every customer interaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred; regional languages are a plus).
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay patient, empathetic, and positive in challenging situations.
- Prior experience in customer support/calling roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable using email, chat, and other support systems.
- Passion for fitness, wellness, or helping people is a big plus.
