Customer Engagement Specialist - (Customer Support)


We're looking for Customer Engagement Specialists who can provide subject matter expertise support for our Subscribers (Clients) through multiple channels / forums. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and should be able to work independently with a positive attitude. Qualification: Any Degree


Experience: Freshers / Experienced


Responsibilities:


  • Responding to queries, complaints, and requests via Phone, E-mail, Chat, Telegram, Social-Media, and In-app tool / ticketing support to all assigned clients in a timely manner
  • Provide timely and effective responses to Client inquiries, complaints, & requests through various channels such as phone, email, chat, Telegram, social media, and in-app tools/ticketing support
  • Handle both inbound & outbound queries from prospective clients regarding product features, offered services, and available packages/plans
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the designated function/domain, becoming a subject matter expert in the designated area
  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, recording and filing information in prescribed formats using designated tools
  • Develop informative materials such as info videos / guides, and written content on the managed subject, addressing queries and assisting clients on processes, systems, institute info, rules, regulations, and any other details relevant to the counselling /admission process that is beneficial for clients

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Continuous learning mindset, readily absorbing new information and adeptly explaining complex concepts to Clients with clarity
  • Cultivate a customer-centric mindset, demonstrating proactive, self-motivated, patient, and flexible attributes to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanors when interacting with clients
  • Proficiency in managing & multitasking across various communication platforms
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data protection
  • Strong sense of time management efficiently prioritizing tasks
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic startup environment


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From ₹230,000.00 per year
