Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented

Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, resolve queries, and build strong relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer communication via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and provide buying support.
  • Troubleshoot order creation and payment issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order dispatch and delivery.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with clarity and professionalism.
  • Promote new offers, launches, and promotions.
  • Prior retail sales experience is a plus.


Key Skills Required:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with in-person and phone-based customer service.
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer queries effectively.
