Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for bank credit cards; acquire new credit card applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
  
• Manage the collections of overdue credit card payments; follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely recoveries.
  
• Negotiate with credit card holders for payment, settlements or alternate repayment plans.
  
• Maintain and update records of collection activities, payments received, pending dues, negotiations, etc.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (bank, credit department) to resolve disputes, rectify discrepancies.
  
• Monitor customer accounts, analyze aging reports, prioritize accounts based on risk.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and banking / credit norms.
  
• Achieve both sales and collection performance metrics & KPIs as specified by management.
  
• Provide excellent customer service, handling customer queries, complaints/objections effectively and professionally.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
  
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Good analytical skills; ability to interpret financial/credit data, aging schedules.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) & comfortable with basic accounting / credit software.
  
• Good time management, organization, ability to handle multiple accounts.
  
• Result-driven, persistent, able to work under targets / pressure.
  
• Integrity and professionalism; ability to deal with sensitive financial information.
  
• Customer service orientation.
  

Preferred Qualifications / Experience

• Prior experience (1-3 years or more) in credit card sales, banking collections, or financial services.
  
• Experience in managing large, delinquent portfolios.
  
• Familiarity with regulatory framework of credit cards in India.
  
• Experience working with CRM or collections software.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
