What You’ll Do:
- Be the main point of contact for customers
- Build long-term relationships
- Collaborate across teams (Sales, Ops, Tech Support)
- Handle CRM & Excel reporting
- Drive customer satisfaction & onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
- Fintech/IT background
- Excellent English communication
- 2-3 yrs in customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel & CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
