Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our studio & Headoffice team. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.- Manage and follow up on leads and inquiries
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the fitness studio team for smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate client records (digital & physical)
- Report to the Marketing Lead
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-interacting role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Professional phone & in-person etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
