Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role
- MS Excel & Google Sheets (strong)
- CRM software (working knowledge)
- Presentation & negotiation
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Drive revenue via subscription sales
- Be the main contact for subscription inquiries; respond promptly
- Send subscription proposals, educate customers on value/benefits
- Convert enquiries effectively; maximize conversion and retention
- Monitor and communicate feedback; ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate delivery of technical services; resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain a detailed subscription database; provide management insights
- Build strong customer relationships; uncover new business opportunities
