- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- 0-2 years of experience in call center sales, customer handling, or related field.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, client satisfaction, and telecalling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
