We are looking for a motivated and professional
Customer Relations Executive (Male) to join our team in Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining strong long-term relationships.- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth engagement.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.).
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Male candidates only (as per role requirement).
- Candidates residing in or near Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad (preferred).
