Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with company offerings.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support, operations) to deliver seamless service.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
  • Monitor client accounts, track feedback, and ensure resolution of issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
  • Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and relationship management efforts.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in the [industry-specific field – e.g., real estate, IT, retail, finance, etc.].
  • Knowledge of customer success strategies.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
