The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is the face of the brand, playing a key role in creating a warm, helpful, and trust-driven customer experience on the retail floor. Responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, offering suitable product solutions, and ensuring a seamless billing or checkout experience, the CSA ensures every family leaves satisfied and cared for.
This position is critical in shaping brand loyalty, influencing buying decisions, and driving repeat visits, especially in a store environment that caters to young parents, babies, and toddlers.
