JOB TITLE : CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits.
  • Promote and sell Axis Bank’s financial products (CASA, Loans, Insurance)
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and address queries effectively.
  • Collect and submit required documents for account opening and loan processing


Key Skills & Competencies


  • Good communication and presentation skills (local language).
  • Customer-centric approach with ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
  • Basic knowledge of banking/financial products (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Provide feedback from the market to the sales team/branch manager.


Eligibility Criteria


  • Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may be considered for some roles).
  • Experience: 0–1 years in sales/field marketing/financial services (freshers can also apply).
  • Age: 21–32 years (as per Axis Bank norms).
  • Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
