Eligibility:


  • Education: Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduate (UG freshers not eligible)
  • Experience: 0–3 years in a customer service role


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer queries and concerns via voice calls (North America process)
  • Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements


Requirements:


  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred (freshers with Grad/PG can apply)
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
