We are a leading battery manufacturing company, committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Kolkata office and be the first point of contact for our customers.
Receive and manage all inquiry calls efficiently.
Keep proper follow-ups using CRM software.
Coordinate with the service and marketing teams.
Handle inbound inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve customer queries.
Schedule follow-ups and maintain regular communication with leads.
Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and daily reporting to the manager.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle calls professionally and build good customer relationships.
Comfortable using CRM tools for follow-ups and reporting.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.
Prior experience in customer service/tele-calling will be an added advantage.
