Job Summary

We are seeking a

Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage interactions with VIP, NRI, and HNI customers via calls, chat, and email. This blended support role requires exceptional communication skills, premium service orientation, and the ability to build strong relationships with high-value clients. Candidates must have prior experience in international voice processes and be comfortable working in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove customer service to Shaadi.com’s VIP, NRI, and HNI members across phone, chat, and email.
  
• Handle customer concerns with utmost professionalism, discretion, and empathy.
  
• Provide personalized resolutions, ensuring complete ownership until closure.
  
• Document every interaction accurately in CRM/ticketing systems.
  
• Maintain high service levels (SLAs) while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior teams, keeping clients informed.
  
• Stay updated on Shaadi.com’s premium features, membership plans, and global customer requirements.
  
• Collaborate with peers and managers to enhance the premium customer experience journey.
  

Qualifications

• Only Male Candidates (as per shift requirement).
  
• Minimum 1 year of international voice process experience (mandatory).
  
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills; ability to converse confidently with global clients.
  
• Comfortable working in a US night shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM IST).
  
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in International BPOs .
  
• Ability to handle high-value clients with tact and discretion.
  
• Strong relationship management skills with a customer-first approach.
