1. Assign calls to L1, L2 & L3 support teams looking at the call request and ensure timely resolution.
2. Professionally Communicate with the customers reaching the support centre through the call center
3. Resolve calls in individual capacity as well
4. Ensure friendly approach with the customers and ensure timely resolution of support requests up to the satisfaction of the customer.
5. Periodically report to the management the current state of support services
6. Enhance internal systems to achieve improved customer satisfaction.
1. Must be experienced in software support role; typically, in technical support for cloud-based applications.
2. Excellent oral & written communication skills

5. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
