About the Role


We are looking for a

Customer Support Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves reaching out to customers proactively through calls, emails, and messages to ensure smooth communication, resolve queries, and provide a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Reach out to customers via phone calls, emails, and messages to address queries and provide assistance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation in CRM/other tools.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to improving customer engagement.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English/Hindi/Regional languages as per requirement.
  • Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or client servicing is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)


Experience:
