- Customer Outreach & Lead Generation - Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce company services, and generate interest to achieve sales targets.
- Explanation & Query Handling - Clearly explain travel packages or services to customers, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions.
- Follow-Up & Conversion - Maintain regular follow-ups with potential leads, convert them into confirmed customers, and update records in the system and report daily activities, customer interactions, and sales updates to the manager.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & basic English).
- Ability to convince the customers.
- Basic Computer knowledge, MS Office and marketing.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
