Customer Support Executives to join our Survey Process Team. The role involves conducting telephonic surveys in Hindi and Bengali, recording accurate responses, and ensuring a positive interaction with respondents.- Make outbound calls to customers/respondents to conduct surveys in Hindi and Bengali.
- Collect and record accurate information during the survey process.
- Ensure clear communication and maintain a polite, professional tone.
- Follow the script provided for surveys while engaging respondents naturally.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for survey completion.
- Provide feedback to the team leader regarding survey responses and challenges faced.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer data.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
