- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues when needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
- Any graduate with strong English communication skills.
- Experience in customer service (0 to 6 months) is preferred.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
