The

Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across multiple departments including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Stock, Regional, Marketing, and IT. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that improve efficiency, profitability, and decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, identify opportunities, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities


Data Collection & Management:


  • Gather, validate, and manage large datasets from multiple departmental sources
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency


Analysis & Reporting


  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Create dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers for departmental use.
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.


Departmental Collaboration:


  • Support Operations with process efficiency and productivity reports
  • Provide Finance with cost, revenue, and profitability analysis.
  • Assist Supply Chain in demand forecasting, vendor performance, and logistics analytics.
  • Track Stock & Inventory performance, movement, and discrepancies.
  • Support Regional Managers with branch-level performance insights
  • Partner with Marketing and E-commerce teams for customer and sales analytics.


Process & System Improvement:


  • Recommend improvements to reporting tools, systems, and workflows.
  • Introduce automation and predictive analytics for better forecasting.


Key Attributes:


  • 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, or Business Intelligence.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of advance excel for advanced analysis is an advantage.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and manage diverse datasets.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Advance Excel required .
  • Master’s degree or professional certifications in Analytics/BI preferred.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
