To manage new product development with defined timelines and coordinate with all concerned teams and customers.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal processes: stamping, forming, welding, painting, and machining
- Familiarity with ISO & IATF 16949 documentation
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings and standards
- Experience in developing welding fixtures, press brake tooling, jigs & fixtures, tool design reviews, inspection gauges, and prototype parts
- Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Purchasing, Plant, and Supply Chain teams
- Participate in weekly/monthly project reviews with customer project teams
- Interpretation and application of drawings, international standard, Engineering and manufacturing standards
