Job Role:
You will be responsible for installation, configuration, and ongoing support of
BLACKbox, either remotely through TeamViewer/Ammy Admin or via on-site visits. The role requires hands-on expertise in networking, operating systems, and basic hardware.- Installation and configuration of Synersoft’s BLACKbox IT solution at client locations
- Provide remote support via TeamViewer or Ammy Admin
- Perform on-site visits for issue resolution and system upgrades
- Troubleshooting hardware, OS, and network issues (Windows/Linux)
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and basic network components
- Regular monitoring and maintenance of client systems
- Documenting service visits and reporting to the support manager
- Provide training and technical guidance to clients when required
- Good understanding of computer hardware, Windows OS, and Linux
- Skilled in network configuration and network troubleshooting
- Experience in router and switch configuration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skill
- Should possess a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally in Mumbai
- Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking, MCSE, MCSA, or BE in IT/Computer Science
- CCNA certification (preferred)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration
- Freshers with strong technical skills and certifications are welcome
- Ready to travel across Mumbai for on-site support
- Must have a valid driving license and two-wheeler

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
