Develop and implement integrated digital strategies to achieve business goals.
â— Create, curate, and manage engaging content across formats (written, visual, audio/podcast)
and platforms.
◠Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social†way while cultivating leads and sales.
â— Conduct search marketing efforts including keyword research, SEO (on-page & off-page),
and paid advertising (Google Ads, social media).
â— Write compelling ad copy, design engaging creatives, and optimize campaigns for performance
â— Analyze and track key metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Customer Acquisition
Cost (CAC), and Customer Retention Cost (CRC) to improve ROI.
â— Design and manage visual content for social media, ads, landing pages, blogs, email
campaigns with emotion regulation and social bonding to make it look more appealing.
â— Develop and expand community and influencer outreach to increase brand visibility.
â— Create and manage a daily content calendar including posts such as reels, stories, images,
videos, ads, and written content.
â— Create and manage an online review funnel; monitor and respond to reviews to build
reputation.
â— Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and digital advocacy.
â— Stay up to date with trends in tools, algorithms, platforms, and design to keep strategies fresh
and effective.
â— Analyze campaign performance by using Cost per click, use data insights and translate
findings into strategy improvements.
