Job Description – Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role
Digital Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing functions across our businesses:
This is a core position where you will act as the digital brain of the business, with complete ownership of websites, social media, SEO, lead generation, campaign execution, and customer engagement — without relying on any external agencies or vendors.
Key Responsibilities1. Website Development & Maintenance
· Independently build and manage websites and landing pages for all brands using tools like WordPress, Webflow, or Carrd.
· Ensure daily update of itineraries, pricing, images, and booking components.
· Maintain performance, speed, and SEO readiness of all sites.
2. Social Media Management
· Create and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
· Plan monthly calendars, stories, reels, and engagement campaigns.
· Actively reply to DMs, comments, and create buzz around promotions or group bookings.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
· Conduct keyword research, implement on-page SEO, and build backlinks.
· Write or source SEO-rich blog content.
· Monitor Google Search Console and Google Business Profiles for all brands.
4. Lead Generation & Ad Campaigns
· Plan and run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
· Build audiences, define budgets, and optimize ad creatives for CPL/ROAS.
· Track and nurture leads via email, WhatsApp automation, and retargeting flows.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Set up Google Analytics, UTM tracking, Looker Studio dashboards.
· Generate weekly reports with key insights on lead volume, ad performance, and engagement.
· Recommend improvements backed by data.
6. CRM, Email & WhatsApp Automation
· Set up and manage CRM or Google Sheets for lead tracking.
· Design and implement email flows, WhatsApp autoresponders, and lead follow-up automations using tools like Mailchimp, Notion, WATI, or Make.com.
7. Internal & Cross-Brand Coordination
· Work closely with Business Development Executives to align digital and offline sales.
· Maintain promotional assets, digital brochures, itinerary creatives, and branded PDFs.
· Act as the bridge between operations, sales, and customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
