'- Post Graduate Degree in Management / MSW with Specialization in HR / Post Graduate Diploma in HR with over 20+ years in HR function from manufacturing sector.
1. Develop and implement the people strategy and HR budget for the division
2. Ensure end to end management of HR activities right from hire to retire
3. Looking after union management, will be handling settlements.
4. Ensure adherence with all safety standards defined by SFL, oversee areas including facilities, utilities and others as applicable for the division
5. Lead and manage the Divisional and plant HR function
