We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU Specialist to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate must have an MBBS along with an MD or DNB in General Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Anesthesia, with hands-on experience in ICU settings. The role involves managing critically ill patients, ensuring protocol-based care, and working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality outcomes.
- Provide round-the-clock care and monitoring of ICU patients.
- Diagnose and manage critical illnesses and life-threatening conditions.
- Perform ICU procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, ventilation management, etc.
- Collaborate with intensivists, surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams for patient management.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to ICU protocols and infection control practices.
- Participate in clinical audits, morbidity & mortality reviews, and continuous medical education (CME).
- Strong clinical decision-making and emergency care skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with ICU equipment and monitoring systems
- Knowledge of infection control, ICU scoring systems (APACHE, SOFA), and ventilator management
