Job Title: Female Door-to-Door Fundraiser
We are seeking a motivated and confident
female Door-to-Door Fundraiser to join our team. In this role, you will represent our organization by visiting households, raising awareness about our mission, and securing financial support. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who are persuasive, goal-oriented, and passionate about making an impact.- Conduct door-to-door visits within assigned areas to introduce the organization’s work.
- Engage residents in conversations, explain fundraising goals, and encourage them to contribute.
- Secure one-time or recurring donations and maintain accurate donor records.
- Meet and exceed fundraising targets to maximize earnings.
- Represent the organization professionally and uphold its values.
- Provide feedback on outreach activities to the fundraising team.
- Female candidates only.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and resilience in approaching and persuading new people.
- Prior experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
- Physically able to walk and canvass for extended periods.
- Commission-based pay – earnings depend on performance and contributions secured.
