Silphony is a growing silver jewellery brand dedicated to offering exquisite designs at affordable prices. We are expanding our e-commerce operations and looking for a detail-oriented
E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, online platforms, and ensure smooth digital sales operations.- Manage product listings on our website and other e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
- Upload product details, images, prices, and specifications with accuracy.
- Optimize product listings for SEO and better visibility.
- Coordinate with graphic editors and photographers for updated product images.
- Monitor stock levels and update availability across platforms.
- Track and analyze sales performance, platform reports, and customer trends.
- Handle queries and coordinate with customer support when required.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred in jewellery/fashion industry).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with online marketplaces.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
