- Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on Zomato.
- Coordinate with internal teams for menu updates, availability, and offers.
- Monitor performance metrics (sales, reviews, ratings) and optimize listings.
- Handle order-related queries and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Basic knowledge of Zomato seller/partner platform.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
- Prior experience in e-commerce/food delivery platforms preferred.
