Job Summary
We are looking for an
E-commerce Executive with hands-on Shopify experience, email retention marketing knowledge, and strong data skills to join our team at Flo Mattress. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Sakinaka, Mumbai.Experience: 1–3 years (D2C or agency background preferred)
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate joiners preferred
- Manage and update Flo’s Shopify website (products, offers, content).
- Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and navigation for better UI/UX.
- Plan and execute email/CRM retention campaigns (welcome flows, abandoned cart, win-backs).
- Analyze Shopify & CRM data to guide decisions and improve conversions.
- Collaborate with design/dev teams to fix bugs and improve customer experience.
- Experiment with CRO strategies and share insights to increase repeat purchase rates.
- Hands-on Shopify experience (1–3 years).
- Experience with email/CRM retention marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage, WebEngage, etc.).
- Strong data analysis & reporting skills (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, Excel).
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with CRO experiments/A-B testing.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
