We’re growing fast and are looking for someone who can own our Shopify website, run retention campaigns, and use data to drive smarter decisions.- Manage and update our Shopify store with products, offers, and content.
- Work with design/dev teams to fix issues and improve shopping experience.
- Run campaigns that drive repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Set up automations like welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-backs.
- Segment customer base to deliver personalized campaigns.
- Track performance on Shopify Analytics, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards.
- Use data to recommend and execute improvements in conversion and retention.
- Share insights to improve customer lifetime value.
- Shopify experience (1–3 years) – comfortable updating products, offers, and store functions.
- Email retention marketing experience – hands-on with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar.
- Data skills – able to analyze performance metrics and make decisions.
- Understanding of UI/UX for e-commerce.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
