A luxury beauty and wellness brand in South Delhi is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and a passion for the beauty and wellness sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
â— Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports and presentations.
â— Communication: Acting as a point of contact for the CEO, both internally and externally, and managing communication channels effectively.
â— Event Planning: Coordinating travel arrangements, organizing events, and managing logistics for the CEO.
â— Project Management: Assisting with special projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
â— Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
â— Information Management: Organizing and maintaining confidential files and documents.
â— Problem Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may arise, ensuring the CEO's time is used efficiently.
â— Financial Management: Assisting with expense reports and other financial tasks related to the CEO's office. Ideal Candidate Profile:
â— Experience: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or luxury service industry.
â— Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
â— Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
â— Passion: A genuine interest in the beauty and wellness industry and a desire to contribute to the company's success.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
