- Prepare client and subcontractor bills as per project scope and work progress.
- Review BOQ, drawings, and site measurements for accurate billing.
- Coordinate with project execution team for verification of completed work.
- Maintain and update billing logs, project documentation, and work order records.
- Reconcile quantities and validate bills against contractual terms.
- Handle rate analysis and estimation for variation orders or extra work.
- Assist in project budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth billing cycles.
- Manage billing-related correspondence and documentation for audits and approvals.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and billing software/tools.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, BOQ, and contract billing processes.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in infrastructure, commercial, or residential electrical projects is preferred.
